About the Project
Project Minerva equips women artisans with embroidery skills and related craft techniques to create sustainable livelihood opportunities. The project provides access to the necessary infrastructure, skill development, and capacity-building support to strengthen their technical expertise.
Artisans receive stipends during training and for on-the-job work involving embroidery and related activities, enabling them to gain practical experience while earning an income. Through this approach, the project aims to enhance artisans’ capabilities, build their confidence, and support their progression towards sustainable livelihoods.
