Based in New York, she has cultivated an extensive network across the United States, India, Europe, and the Middle East, connecting business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and organizations to create meaningful opportunities and lasting impact.
As Founder and Principal of DD Worldwide Marketing Group LLC, Dharti has spent the past 28 years advising businesses, entrepreneurs, and organizations on market entry, international expansion, strategic partnerships, brand positioning, and business development. Her advisory experience spans diverse industries and geographies, with a particular focus on bridging opportunities between the United States and global markets. She is recognized for her ability to navigate complex business environments, cultivate high-value relationships, and translate strategic vision into sustainable growth opportunities.
A pioneer in India’s luxury wine industry, Dharti founded and led FineWinesnMore, establishing it as one of the country’s top ten wine importers. She played a significant role in introducing curated wine education and bespoke lifestyle experiences to India’s emerging luxury market, collaborating with prestigious international brands, including American Express and Il Borro, the Ferragamo family’s Tuscan estate. Her work included exclusive experiences for American Express Centurion and Platinum Card members and high-net-worth clientele, combining her expertise in luxury brand positioning, experiential marketing, and international business development.
A respected leader in the global entrepreneurial ecosystem, Dharti served as President of TiE New York for three years and as a Trustee of TiE Global for four years, contributing to entrepreneurship, mentorship, governance, and global collaboration. In 2020, she co-founded TiE Women and developed the blueprint for its global program, which has evolved into one of TiE’s flagship initiatives, now in its seventh edition. The initiative empowers women entrepreneurs worldwide through mentorship, access to networks, investment opportunities, and global visibility.
Dharti currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Board Chair of Thimble.io, a New York-based education technology company dedicated to expanding access to hands-on STEM education. In these leadership roles, she drives strategic growth, institutional partnerships, and market expansion while helping advance the company’s mission of making innovative, technology-driven education accessible to students, particularly those in underserved communities.
Fluent in six languages, including French, Dharti brings a distinctive cross-cultural perspective to her professional and philanthropic endeavors. Her ability to connect people across cultures, industries, and geographies has been a defining strength throughout her career.
