Animedh Charitable Trust (ACT) is committed to providing a safe, secure, and respectful working environment for all women employees, project workers, interns, and volunteers in strict accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

Our Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) oversees grievances, ensures time-bound enquiry protocols, maintains strict confidentiality, and upholds unbiased protection for complainants.
